1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels and device identifiers. In this policy, we refer to all of them collectively as "technologies".

2. Legal bases for their use

  • Essential technologies always operate because the Service cannot be properly provided without them. They include maintaining sessions, signing in, security and remembering consent choices.
  • Optional technologies - analytics, marketing and preference technologies - are activated only after you consent, where required by law.
  • Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of actions taken before withdrawal.

3. Categories of technologies

  • Essential - facilitator sign-in sessions, protection against abuse, traffic balancing and remembering consent decisions.
  • Functional / preference - remembering search settings, such as the last town or circle type.
  • Analytics - anonymous visitor statistics that help us develop the Service. Activated only with consent.
  • Marketing - we currently do not use technologies for advertising profiling. If this changes, we will ask for consent and update this policy.
  • Third-party - maps, payment services and embedded content may send technical data to their providers.

4. Third-party providers

  • OpenStreetMap - map tiles and address search. Requests, including the IP address, are sent to OpenStreetMap project servers.
  • Payment provider - facilitator subscription processing, including fraud prevention. Activated only on the payment page.
  • Hosting and database provider - maintenance of the Service, sessions and security.

5. Managing consent and cookies

  • You can change your optional technology choices at any time.
  • You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, including cookies from a particular domain.
  • Blocking essential technologies may prevent you from signing into the dashboard or using some features.

6. Retention period

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. We retain persistent cookies for as long as needed for their purpose, but no longer than 12 months, unless you renew your consent or delete them earlier.

7. Personal data and policy changes

Information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy, and the conditions for using the Service are set out in the Terms. We update the list of technologies as the Service develops. Questions: contact@behere.pl.
