Publication and Verification Rules
This document supplements the Terms. We want every event on be here. to be described honestly and every facilitator to be suitably prepared. Version 1.0 - effective from 30 August 2026.
Working translation. If this translation differs from the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.
1. Who may create a profile
- An adult or an organisation acting through an authorised representative.
- A person with qualifications appropriate to the type of activity they lead, where those qualifications are required for that service.
- A person who provides truthful information and takes responsibility for the group's safety.
2. Facilitator verification
- An invitation or application describing experience and motivation.
- An online conversation with the be here. team.
- Verification of submitted certificates - only then do we award a profile badge.
- A profession badge, such as psychologist, psychotherapist or coach, requires documentary evidence.
- Verification is not state accreditation, a licence, a recommendation or a guarantee of results or the safety of a particular event.
- We may ask for renewed verification when information changes, time has passed or a report has been received.
3. What an event description must include
- Who organises and who facilitates the event.
- The type of event, who it is intended for and what it is not.
- The date, venue or clear information that it takes place online.
- The price, payment and cancellation rules, and number of places where limited.
- Information about preparation, requirements and any participation restrictions.
4. Health, therapy and regulated services
- A description must not imply qualifications the facilitator does not hold or promise treatment, diagnosis or guaranteed results.
- A therapeutic event must be led by an appropriately qualified person and clearly described as therapeutic.
- A circle or support group is not a substitute for medical or psychological help or crisis intervention.
5. What we do not publish
- Unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Events that are solely sales or recruitment activities, or concealed sales activity.
- Discriminatory content, incitement to violence or content that violates human dignity.
- Third-party personal data published without a lawful basis.
- Spam, phishing, malware and mass-duplicated listings.
- Promises of treatment, medical diagnoses and false qualifications.
6. Reviews
- Reviews may be added by people who attended an event. A "verified" review comes from a one-time link sent after the event.
- Fake or purchased reviews, self-reviews and mass-generated reviews are prohibited.
- We do not remove a review solely because it is critical.
7. Reports and moderation
- Report violations to contact@behere.pl, identifying the specific content or URL and the reason for the report.
- We respond proportionately: we may request a correction, limit visibility, remove content, or suspend a profile or account.
- Where required by law, we explain the decision and its reasons and allow appeals through contact@behere.pl.
The principles governing the event itself are described in the Circle Guidelines, and the legal conditions are set out in the Terms.
